Mr. Hinkes is a graduate of Yale University and Rutgers University School of Law and previously served as a law clerk to New Jersey Supreme Court Justice Robert L. Clifford. He is chairman of the Hampton Township Planning Board and a former chair of the New Jersey Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. He practices primarily in civil litigation, commercial law, estate administration/litigation and land use.
