Leonard P. Pasculli

Leonard P. Pasculli was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1980. He received his law degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree cum laude from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Pasculli continued his education and received a Master of Business Administration degree with honors in 2003 from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Pasculli was the Vice-President of Human Resources at a multi-national consulting services company, and in-house counsel at two Fortune 500 corporations. He also served as an adjunct professor of Business Law and Business Ethics at the Centenary College in Hackettstown, New Jersey.

Mr. Pasculli has been a member and co-chair to the New Jersey General Counsel Group, and was on the board of trustees as vice-chair of Sussex County Community College. He is a member of the Sussex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations and is a trustee for the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce and for the Sussex-Warren Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management.

Alan Strelzik

Alan Strelzik was born in Brooklyn, New York.  He attended Miami University and graduated in 1970.  Mr. Strelzik then obtained his law degree from Rutgers Law School in 1973.  He has been a member of the following organizations:

  • Supreme Court’s District X Ethics Committee
  • Board of Directors of Rainbows of Learning and Center for Humanistic Change
  • Board member of Newton Housing Authority and Somerset-Sussex Legal Services

Currently, Mr. Strelzik is a member of the Sussex County Bar Association and the Sussex County Family Law Committee.  He served as the managing attorney of the Sussex County Division of Somerset-Sussex Legal Services.

John C. Vandenberg III

Born in Passaic, New Jersey, John C. Vandenberg III attended Villanova University and graduated in 1987.  He then obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University and went on to law clerk for the Honorable Gerald B. Hanifan of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

John C. Vandenberg III concentrates his practice in the following areas of law:

Judge Lorraine Parker (Of Counsel)

Retired Appellate Division Judge Lorraine C. Parker is now Of Counsel to the firm. Parker earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark in June 1980. After clerking for the late Judge Sylvia B. Pressler in the Appellate Division, Parker began her legal practice with the Wall Street firm of Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle. She later moved to the New Jersey firm of Shanley and Fisher in Morristown and then to Laddey, Clark, Kienz, Parker & Coffin in Sparta. She was appointed to the Superior Court in January 1992 and sat in the Family, Civil, Criminal and Probate Parts in Newton. In August 2001, she was appointed to the Appellate Division, where she served until her recent retirement. While on the bench, Parker authored numerous published opinions, including several addressing groundbreaking legal issues. She taught judicial and continuing legal education courses in New Jersey and at the National Judicial College in Reno Nevada.

Parker was an elected member of the Sparta Board of Education in the 1970’s, and was an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Sussex County Community College before her appointment to the bench. She has been a member of the Sussex County League of Women Voters since 1971 and had participated in numerous volunteer activities in the county prior to her judicial appointment.

Before going to law school, Parker earned a Master’s Degree in Special Education and taught special students, developed special education programs and administered them in the New York City School System. She is married to Dr. George “Tim” Parker, has two grown children, and resides in Sparta.
