William E. Hinkes
William E. Hinkes gained admittance to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court of New Jersey in 1991 and the Virginia State Bar in 1993.
Born in Rhode Island, Mr. Hinkes obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Yale University and his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Hinkes served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Clifford, an associate justice for the New Jersey Supreme Court, from 1990 until 1991. He served as a chair on the Hampton Township Planning Board, the New Jersey Lawyers Fund for Client Protection, and the District X Ethics Committee.

Sanford Lloyd Hollander
Sanford Lloyd Hollander received his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 1954 and his law degree from Columbia University in 1957. He was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 1958.
Mr. Hollander clerked under the Honorable Grover C. Richmond, the attorney general of New Jersey, from 1957 until 1958. He was also a member of the Newton Board of Education, the Sussex County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the New Jersey Institute of Municipal Attorneys.
Mr. Hollander was named the "Professional Lawyer of the Year Award" by the Sussex County Bar Association in 2002. He practices in several areas of law:

Mark J. Hontz
Mark J. Hontz earned admission to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars in 1992 and the United States Supreme Court in 2002. He was named "Professional Lawyer of the Year" in 2007 by the Sussex County Bar Association. Mr. Hontz practices law in the following disciplines:

Mr Hontz graduated Princeton University with high honors in History in 1989. Three years later, he graduated from the Vanderbilt University School of Law with a law degree and the Dean's Award. He also received a Master’s degree from Vanderbilt University in History.
He has been the president of the Sussex County Bar Association, the Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce, and was a founding trustee for the Sussex County Habitat of Humanity, Inc. As a law clerk, Mr. Hontz served under the Honorable William A. Dreier for the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division from 1992 until 1993.
Active in the community, Mark J. Hontz is the Church School Superintendent for the First United Methodist Church of Newton and previouly served as a volunteer firefighter for the Green Township Volunteer Fire Department.
Janice D. Pasculli
Janice D. Pasculli attended Pennsylvania State University and received her bachelor’s degree before she proceeded to Rutgers Law School for her law degree. In 1988, Ms. Pasculli gained admittance to the New Jersey State Bar.
Ms. Pasculli is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is a member of the Sussex County and New Jersey State Bar Associations. She is the President-Elect of the Newton Rotary Club.
